TNOiK Organisational Structure


	Scientific Society for Organization and Management (TNOiK) is an independent, non-political and non-governmental society, operates on the basis of regulations of the act from 7th of April 1989 - Societies Act (Dz. U. NR 20 pos. 104 with later changes) and own charter. TNOiK is also a self-financing organisation. TNOiK general authorities: Country Convention, which elects for four year's term the following authorities: - Zarząd Główny - Internal Audit Committee - Main Judgement Committee - Main Scientific Committee The Country convention also elects Main Scientific Committee. All TNOiK branches have similar structure of charter authorities: general member's assembly, board, judgement committee and audit committee. The current term of authorities will expire in 2009. TNOiK associates: - regular members (private persons) - 4000, - support members (legal entities) - 300.
